Our MISSION
Fitness is not just an activity, but a lifestyle. Our instructor, Steven Ellis has been involved in sports and fitness his whole life. He grew up training and competing in many sports such as Baseball, Football, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Skiing, and more.
Now, he takes his experience as a certified Crossfit coach, a certified USA Judo coach, and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete to train others to reach their fitness goal both inside and outside of the gym.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art that focuses on ground fighting and submission based grappling techniques. It emphasized leverage, technique, and body mechanics to allow individuals to defend themelves; even against larger individuals.
Judo
Judo is a Japanese martial art and Olympic Sport that emphasizes throws, joint locks, and pins to subdue an opponent. It focuses on using an opponents force and balance against them through various grappling techniques.
